I acquired a very nice trait of curiosity by giving paid ASQ CQIA  mock tests online here. As I proceeded with ASQ CQIA mock tests, my perception towards things started changing. I became like a kid and started staying happy and confident. I think this is because when morale improves, it has a positive impact on other things as well. I am a CQIA Certified now.
