Got new insight into syllabus

My method of studying for the SHRM-CP certification exam was completely different from the one that i am following at present. The earlier one was quite stressful and more than learning anything, I was always managing time. But with the SHRM Certified Professional mock tests, I am more on learning and solving my doubts. I am also parallelly involved in enhancing my skill set and this has benefitted me not only in studies but also on the office front. Behavioral competency clusters used to be a difficult subject for me in the syllabus, but now it has become my strength. What more could I have wanted! i passed!!!
