CIS-ITSM certification cleared my course

CIS-ITSM practice exams had been an eye opener for me. I was already done with my syllabus and was overconfident of clearing the exam. But when i casually attempted the mock test online, i was not able to clear it. And it mentioned there that the demo test is an easy one. So it dawned on me that i should continue with mock attempts and learn the practical application of all the theoretical knowledge that i had gained all this time. I am now a content soul and will attempt the exam tomorrow. I am sure i will crack it.
